Members will be able to explore and exchange weak signals as well as new emerging events of disruptive nature which are related to forward-looking issues and relevant to Europe’s future. Additionally, resources such as tools and methods will be shared to explore and identify potential areas of change in order to create disruptive impact on Europe’s ability to collaboratively achieve its overarching policy goals.
