If I am fortunate to be living till 2040, definitely, the concern that I would most be concerned about would be good health and well-being, not just for me as an individual, but also for all of us as humans.

A better future will be a future with Inclusive and accessible education for vulnerable children with disabilities in Northern Nigeria. A future where those same children will one day become self employed or have opportunities to prove their capabilities without fear and be allowed to participate in the society without being discriminated against.

First of all, I would like people to be hired who don't have a degree because they don't have a degree but who knows it very well than someone with a degree. To be read, I would create an environment where readers would experience for a long time. We can do everything ourselves by not wanting anything from another country. We can create a peaceful atmosphere for people in peace. One psychologist per family should be allocated. It is necessary to constantly be able to address the problems and problems of the family. They need to be afforded financially. If you don't have the material power to help someone, you have to give them moral support and provide that environment and a lot of other... I was always hopeful of the future and I still am. It's not going to be so good, it's just that we have to work hard to make everything so good.

I'm looking at Europe's future labor force in all settings, like opening up factories that produce a dress for all of Europe, benefiting from refugees who come to Europe under protection and employing and benefiting from all refugees. Without screens, internet, smart phones

In 2040, I am soon to be retired and my kids have grown up. I hope that by then, the world has realized that human kind can only survive in peace and by taking good care of earth.

In better future, we would have regular, better, more on time and accessible public transport for all residents (not only in cities, but in suburban and rural areas). Alongside the streets there would be sidewalks with trees that would give fine shadow especially in summer months (they would keep down the temperatures, provide better air...) and cycling lanes that would be wide enough and would be built with thought on cyclist, rather than simply that it is just made.

If one thinks it over, then the year 2000 is farther from us then 2040. The time flies extremely fast. Minute after minute, second after second. Being busy with our routine, we don't notice that we celebrate the New Year again. Our personal future depends only on us, our choice, which we come across daily. But what is going to happen to society in 20 years? I consider, that in future there will be no place to armed conflicts. Diplomacy is the way to success. There are no such problems that can't be solved without pouring people's blood. Human life is too high price to pay for the interests of "authorities". People die every day. The mankind is confronted with global problem of diseases. I hope no incurable diseases will exist in future. Treatment will be affordable to everyone. What else is going to exist in my ideal 2040? The answer is education. Now I don't speak about basic school knowledge. It would be good if everyone who shows abilities to certain profession, could acquire this profession. Even if a person doesn't have finances to enter the University. It would also be convenient if a pupil after finishing school, didn't have to be puzzled on the choice of his future job but could " try on" jobs he is interested in with the help of special programmes. I even don't want to mention futuristic things like flying cars and colonization of Mars. In my opinion, these are not the things the success of mankind depends on. The most essential things are problem of resource exhaustability and pollution of the world ocean. After we put our native home - the Earth -in order, we can fly into space.

I would like in 2040 for all of us to have decoded that, if anything is to change in how we live together then we need to start today with ourselves. Never ever before have we had such grand and global consensus on what needs to change and the futures we envisage and so little understanding and reflection that we need to start behaving today like the future we want to see. The new future is not going to arrive and impose itself just like that; it will be built from within and become felt and lived by all one day. This requires personal change and also sacrifice. Lots of people intellectually understand the personal change required and agree that we need it but are not willing to sacrifice anything for the 'other' even if the sacrifice is just the time they take to understand 'the other'. They give up easily and early as soon as there is any kind of discomfort. So, everyone wants to live in a better world, but people carry on being disrespectful and nasty, and if not these, then simply too self-absorbed and centered in their own realities of material well-being and consumerism to care for one another and actually do something about it, show it in ways that are not even social-media friendly. If we don't change ourselves for real and for good to become more understanding, tolerant and compassionate, any future we envisage no matter the technologies and innovation, will be unlivable.

We live in a calm society. Everyone works to improve the environment and protect life. Insects have reappeared, butterflies foiled again in summer along the river. After years of challenging change, the complete reorientation of our global activities is almost complete. Humanity has drunk its desire of any power, and is committed to non-action and simple activities. International trade in goods and people has decreased, the economy operates in a short loop, and local identities have reappeared – a mixture of old traditions and globalisation. New technology and energy make it possible to ensure a low and happy existence with fewer machines. Oil, coal, gas and advertising were completely banned after COP31, including in China, India and Indonesia! The former monotheistic religions were abandoned, as well as the ‘manifest destiny’ in the United States after the Great Civil War of 2025-2028. The notions of what is good or bad have been profoundly re-visited, the desire for power and jalousia have greatly diminished. Peace is never achieved, but humanity and the whole of life seem to be reconciled and on the right path to start a new cycle of prosperity for the next centuries.

My European vision is a greener, more peaceful Europe. Explained in more detail, where peace is restored on the continent and the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is managed to be smoothed out diplomatically. Europe's economy is currently going through unprecedented difficulties. In my opinion, further sanctions are not an option. The diplomatic settlement of the conflict must be urgently resolved, for which both parties must create the necessary conditions. First of all, this should be sacrificed and not for further sanctions, as a result of which peace will be restored by 2040 and the economy will start to pick up. By 2040, the climate crisis will cause serious problems, which will become humanity's number one problem. In order to prevent this, we must act as soon as possible, which can only be brought about by green investments and because of which we have to reduce our comfort for a while in order to have a better future. Epidemiological measures will end for good by 2040 and Covid-19 will become a simple public disease, which will no longer pose a huge threat. However, in order to avoid further epidemics, certain restrictions may remain in place, such as the use of masks in hospitals and various public health institutions. Digitization will conquer such a huge space that it must be supported. However, we must be careful not to overdo it and in the end end up worse off with such investments, for example with unreasonably high prices, possible risks due to Internet crime. Immigration must be moderated and people must not be allowed in without checks. The problem must be solved locally and the Union must focus on this in the future in order to remain in a peaceful and calm environment. The only viable future for the European Union is to remain an economic alliance between nation states. In addition to the common European army, it can also be a military and law enforcement alliance. However, the independence of nation-states must not be lost. Everyone has their own culture and these should not be lost. According to everyone's own laws and wills, they must be independent and sovereign member states within the union. This is my Europe for 2040 in a nutshell!
