I would like to reverse climate change

I have lived through many different phases that have changed the standard of living around the world. At the age of 10 I played football all summer, at the age of 20 I had many open universities in front of me, at the age of 25 I started my family. I worked in a bank where everything was done by hand and when I left the bank everything was electronic. Today I work in a biotechnology company and I am sure that 5 years later, the health system will be too better and deferent. Today I see my grandchildren playing football but also watching YouTube. In 2040 (I do not know if I will still be here), I hope health, education and transport have gone uphill. The impact on them will be the environment and the better life of the citizens through the peaceful coexistence of peoples.

A better standard of living in all areas of everyday life.

I would like to see no words in the future, such as hunger, war, nuclear weapons.

I think that space activities will now open a new era. Robots that are now at MIT will now be found in almost every home, competition in space nursing will increase, and everyone will have the feeling of polluting the world and moving to a different place. I think that new diagnoses caused by this situation will be resolved with the traces taken from the moon or mars. Cosmological subjects are in rematch and since almost everyone has knowledge about every subject, they will take people who want to go to space with their military and discipline. I have many theories like these..

In my future every human being is considered as „normal“. There is no difference between genders, sexuality, skin colour, etc. Public places, transport, schools, etc. are Disabled-accessible. Mental Health is as important as physical health and a mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. Everybody has access to health insurance. All schools & universitys are free and there are no private schools to ensure there is no two classes of society

I would like everyone to have equal opportunities in work, education, technology, etc.

Food freedom

The development of the human race is just a striking thing. Even in the last century, nobody could have imagined the evolution of society from a technological, industrial and even social point of view. Certain groups of people still face discrimination due to their disability, race, nationality and sexual orientation. I hope that in 2040 Europe’s population will be more tolerant and make life easier for those people. I hope that there should be many more access routes for wheelchair users. In the future, I want minorities no longer to be featured with the finger, but to become something normal for them to have respectful functions in society. Even young children should learn that stereotypes are not something that they should consider when they become aware of someone differently. I hope that tolerance will be taught in schools to reduce bullying and not stop certain people themselves, as long as they do no harm. If the world were even more tolerant in 2040, society would evolve and people would be more happy. People belonging to the LGBT + community would no longer have to hide and live unhappy because of fear, and people with disabilities would be understood and accepted by society and would have easier access to what they need. Interhuman tensions would disappear, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, language or other aspects. I hope that society will evolve positively towards full equality and acceptance between people and the individual will become increasingly altruistic and tolerant.

The mistreatement of other human beings should be eradicated from the world. Racism, sexism, etc should be a thing of the past and stay as such. Equality should be a thing that we should not have to discuss over and over again, trying to reach that goal.

Education and water/food to all people. Less homeless. Less conflict.

First of all, the most important thing in all life is health. We are currently under the influence of a virus, covid-19, that has dragged Europe and our country into disaster. This effect has diminished considerably, but there are still traces of it. In 2040, I see that this virus has become an ordinary disease and its lethal effects come to an end. I dream that in 2040 my country Turkey is a part of the European Union and all of Europe sees us Turks as a part of Europe. I imagine Istanbul and Ankara, which blend eastern and western cultures, as the cultural capitals of Europe. I see that the Black Sea has been cleared and all coastal countries including Turkey and Europe have become conscious. The war in Ukraine ended peacefully, and after the war, Ukraine began to develop. Just like in Warsaw, Ukraine has nostalgically rebuilt the destroyed places and UNESCO added Donbass to the world heritage list. Europe did not stay connected to its ancient friend America, and established different trade networks with the east and realized these through Turkey. Berlin-Ankara railway was opened and transportation from Turkey to Europe became easier. Tensions between Greece and Turkey gave way to a close friendship, and Greek in Istanbul and Turkish in Athens became the second most spoken language. Armenia-Turkey land border was reopened after 1993 and armenians, old friends of turks, returned to Turkey, where they could practice their religion and language comfortably. Turkey took the example of Europe in terms of architecture and politics and Scottish baron architecture was used, starting from Istanbul and Ankara. The European Union has invested in all European countries, especially Turkey, Greece and Bulgaria, for social awareness and creative and critical thinking education. The baltic countries developed and caught up with the Scandinavian countries economically. Especially Estonia came to the fore in the fish sector with its huge fish factories. Germany has become stronger than ever before. With an agreement between the Irish and the Turks, the Dublin-Ankara exchange program took place. Accordingly, university students like me benefited from the exchange program between Dublin and Ankara. I see a 2040 where racism ends. I see that the Turkic Council has become a very serious organization and Hungary has joined us. The importance given to the field of psychology has gradually increased and the investments made in this field have also increased. I will be 39 years old in 2040 and I would like to see me as a successful psychologist that day. I hope it will be a patient, egalitarian, critical and modern thinking production. Where I live or what I do is not important, but I want to be of use to humanity. I hope to have visited Iceland and visited the famous Hallgrímskirkja in reykjavik. I want to see global warming slowed down and all people become conscious of it. I wish for a future where Russia is not marginalized and looks European. Yes, maybe all these are dreams, maybe impossible to come true, but we must not forget that thinking about good things always leads to good things.
