It’s 2040 and it feels like ages since i was in high school. I remember people constantly facing racism, I remember prejudgice dominating the world and I remember people fighting for Injustice to dispute. Being black, being gay, being a female, where things out of your control that you could be judged for. I remember black people being obtained by the police, I remember gay people being settled from the world, I remember women in many parts of the world being set for going to school. The funny thing is that the WOLD was anticipated to be friendly then. It’s 2040 and now I realise that the world was unfriendly and dangerous. Now it’s a different situation. How the world has taken a step forward causation of changes in the legal system, even though people’s mind’t have been changed.

In 2040 we experience europe as a place for humans to be. WE do not think about borders. We have nationalistic thoughts by listening to one and another and create a common history which interconnects all our roots. With these common roots acknowledged we started to learn on how to move forward and just who we want to be.

One of the biggest issues of the 21st century is environmental and air pollution by motor fuel. From IX to aeroplanes, etc. An ideal scenario would be that in the next 20 years water or at least one fuel of which most of it is made up of water would be used as an absolute fuel. HIS/HER

A future Europe wants to be Proud of its values such as democracy, diversity, lawfulness, etc. But it will not stigmatise or talk down to other nations who live in different value systems, rather Europe wants to engage.

Refugee is one of the biggest issues in Greece today. It would be ideal if in 2040 refugees could become part of society, not live behind as is currently the case and stop the migration flows that cost thousands of people every year.

The European Union has been through a significant change. The process of making decisions has been democratised, transparency and access to information for everyone is being ensured, lobbying and sponsoring politicians has been prohibited. The climate disaster has been averted and people are more important than companies. Wealth is being distributed more equally and governments' no longer fail to ensure everyone's basic needs are satisfied (like food, shelter and education). People can focus on achieving their goals in life instead of surviving by working multiple jobs. Homeless people are offered homes and opportunities to live a fulfilling life again. Abandoned buildings are used instead of new ones. Newly-built building are climate-friendly and cities are no longer concrete monstrosities but look much more gardens.

Eradicating global poverty.

Hello dear friends in 2021, if you believe it or not, 19 years have passed quickly. The thing that changed the most since your days is that actually the economic system was changed such that it is not more unequal automatically. There are new powerful mechanisms which increase equality among people worldwide!
