Inside the first self-sustainable city on Mars - by ABIBOO studio
Construction of the city of Nüwa could start in 2054 and will see 250,000 people live inside the rock of a steep cliff. Freeze my body, melt me in 80 years, and send me to Mars. Architecture studio ABIBOO has revealed its plans to create the first self-sustainable city on the Red Planet, which is set to be ready for residents in 2100. The city will be called Nüwa and will be located at Tempe Mensa on one of the Martian cliffs. Its position inside a rock on the steep cliff will protect its residents from radiation and meteorites (cool!) while still giving them

l'europa che vorrei
europe has remained a bastion of democracy in the world, indeed the only one because the usa is in the midst of decadence. europe has welcomed large masses of immigrants and has become a multicultural and secular continent. thanks to them the birth rate has improved and there are pensions and jobs for all. we have squared off with the issues of sustainability and energy independence and have freed ourselves from the usa
la vie à 90 ans
in 2040, I'll be 90....what to imagine ???? It's not easy. At that age, you don't need many things any more, but I'd still like to be able to do my own housework without any outside help, take my dog for a walk in the morning and then put my nose to the computer to do my surveys to improve my small pension. In 2040, maybe there'll be self-driving cars, so I'll be able to keep my autonomy on that side too.... go out and celebrate with the family and be able to return home quietly without fear of being checked.
Health worries would be a thing of the past, and there would be plenty of preventive means to prevent any illness. Cancer would be vanquishedCOPY00and many other diseases ....
There would be no more rich or poor, and even fewer homeless.
Pets would be protected by compulsory microchips, so that anyone who 'loses' their pet could be traced.
Eine grüne Zukunft
The most important thing is to protect and preserve the climate. It is essential that we do everything we can to save the climate. In 2040, this has already been achieved to a large extent. Once it was recognized that the climate catastrophe is life-threatening for everyone, measures were taken to counteract it. Sustainable drives, a sustainable economy and a greener world overall have been implemented to minimize the damage that already exists. Governments have realized that climate protection can only be enforced through bans on companies and have done so despite lobbying. Ordinary people have been given tax relief in other areas so that they have not been hit by the concentrated force of financing environmental protection measures.
The inner cities are almost car-free, people can get around easily by bike or on foot and relax because they no longer have to watch out for cars. The air quality has improved, allowing people to breathe more freely.
Das Leben und die Umwelt und soziales 2040
In 202 I am 83 years old and I wish I could still live well in my environment, i.e. be surrounded by people who don't just look after their own profit but act in the interests of the community as a whole and respect the environment. In particular, they should remember that you don't need a third or fourth car or other things, the growth in consumption should be reduced, that would be good for the planet and the earth. Live a little more modestly. In addition, you should look at many people on earth who respect the environment even more. I don't mean a total regression in their way of life. Politicians should also think more about this, especially the totalitarian rulers in North Korea, China and Russia. But that is wishful thinking on my part. I hope God will sort things out.
Zurück auf Start
Europe of the future should be a continent free of people. Primeval forests and wild animals will cover the continent as they did in the past. Hopefully at some point all the remains of inglorious humanity will have rotted away. Then the planet will find peace again, provided that humanity quickly eliminates itself, Covid19 didn't work, it's also tough with the war, but it will work out eventually. Important prerequisites such as self-centeredness, stupidity and arrogance have already been met.
I giovani meritano possibilità
It is 2040...around me I see so many happy retirees , after so many years of work they can finally enjoy life because they retired at the "right age" ,they can do what they always wanted to do because they have the economic ability to do it, they can spend time with their grandchildren because their children have found a good job, what they studied for or , simply, what they like to do. Because, if grown-ups go to work until. 70 years old ..for young people there is no place ...
Taika
I would like to see world peace in 2040. To fix the climate problem and bring climate control. Even though 2040 is still 15 years away, I think it will be a bright year in which the world will be friendly and help each other.
2040 is the year when humanity will finally realise that only by working together can we make real progress. Countries will not compete for resources, because sustainable energy solutions and advanced technologies will allow everyone to live in harmony. Climate control will not only stop extreme weather events, it will also revitalise nature - deserts will be green again and endangered species will return to their natural habitats. People will focus more on science, art and spiritual development than on wars and conflicts. Cities will be greener, cities greener and communities more united than ever.
A sustainable and peaceful Europe
In 2040, I envision a Europe that is sustainable, inclusive, and peaceful. The war against Ukraine has finally ended, and lasting peace has united nations. Clean energy powers our cities, and green spaces thrive with urban farms and vertical gardens providing fresh, local food.
Transportation is fully electric, with high-speed trains and self-driving buses making travel efficient and accessible. Rural areas flourish thanks to smart infrastructure and digital connectivity. Education is more interactive, using virtual and augmented reality to create equal opportunities for all.
Social equality is a reality, with fair wages, affordable housing, and universal healthcare ensuring a high quality of life. Communities are strong and diverse, embracing innovation while prioritizing human connection. Technology supports well-being, enhancing lives rather than replacing jobs.
This is the future I hope for—a Europe built on peace, sustainability, and inclusivity, where we all thrive together.
Il futuro che spero e vorrei
I would like to find myself in a peaceful future where technology has increased but where a fixed income for people has been created since many jobs are gone. A secure future of equality. In which transportation is fast and efficient and in which we no longer need to learn languages but use automatic voice translators. I hope for a future in which man really has time to live and does not have to work 12 hours a day to survive. A future where we no longer have to be afraid of diseases such as cancer and where the average life span is much higher than it is now. I also hope that we no longer have to worry about climate change and that we have been able to solve the problem by learning to live with the planet. At the same time I believe that we will continue to search for other planets with conditions compatible with life, and I hope that even just 20 years from now interplanetary travel will no longer be just the subject of science fiction movies. In all of this, however, I unfortunately believe that the weakest, poorest and most fragile populations will be crushed as the Earth's population cannot continue to grow by leaps and bounds, and situations such as Covid will increase and be the order of the day. Economic disparities globally will increase.
Kādu nākotni es vēlos
I would like to see a much more organised road infrastructure in my city, Riga, as well as transport. I think we should also work on improving living conditions and raising wages. One of the most pressing problems is the threat of war, so another thing I would like is for this situation not to go to war and for there to be full confidence in security.
Ein Volk wird erwachsen
The year 2040 is a good year, because the pointless regulations from the EU are history - instead, competent people are taking care of really important issues such as education and research. As a result, the level of education will have risen again and people will have learned to question themselves and others critically and honestly.
