The year is 2040, and I wake up in a smart home that adjusts the temperature to my needs and gets its energy solely from the sun and wind. I step out onto the balcony-the city is bustling, but there are no traffic jams or engine noise. Public transportation is fully autonomous and free, and most people get around on bicycles or electric scooters.
The biggest change has been in the labor and education system. The four-day work week has become the norm, improving mental health and social relations. Schools have undergone a transformation-instead of rigid programs, students develop skills through practice and projects, learning in virtual labs.

Public transport has switched entirely to electric vehicles and there are incredible high-speed trains that can compete with flights between major cities.
