After Trump plunges the USA into a deep financial and economic crisis by mid-2026, including a stock market collapse due to completely deregulated markets, a huge new anti-national peace movement is emerging worldwide. Similar to the Arab Spring, one autocrat after another falls, Putin, Erdogan, Orban... Some countries are introducing an unconditional basic income and can hardly save themselves from young and old skilled workers who, with financial security for their families behind them, are throwing themselves into their work full of commitment. No one has to be afraid of progress anymore and is therefore willing to use new technologies. Even if many lead to dead ends, some are successful. And so here we are in 2040 with medical nanobots that repair the body on their own and genetically optimized plants that provide optimal nutrition for humans and animals without pesticides or herbicides. Other plants are "programmed" to filter large quantities of CO2 and pollutants from the air and convert them into harmless or helpful substances or store them safely. Humanity is healthy and full, there is no longer any need for limits and everyone can exploit their full potential.
