The rich elite few will enjoy a paradisiacal life on pieces of land reserved only for them, there will be no democracy, and the population will have health problems because most people will be sick from birth, because genetic changes will drastically reduce life expectancy and birth rates, which will not even be necessary because robots will replace humans. I probably won't have to look at this scenario in 2040, because by then I will have finished my mission on this planet by the time I am old enough, so I leave it to you to work on fixing things before my prediction starts to come true.
