Life in 2040 is very different from when we were young children at the beginning of the millennium. Back then, education was very flat. In school you only got the basic knowledge and if you didn't go to a tutorial you didn't learn a thing. But now things have changed: Education is interactive, all lessons are taught asynchronously at home and children meet in schools for 3 hours every day and with the help of teachers and tutors they learn about things like the relationships between the many different genders and races, the history of different cultures and how they evolved through time, astronomy and music. Schools are now about children developing skills and discovering their talents.
The basic knowledge provided by asynchronous education in the classroom is tested once a week through assignments.
