The transformation of Europe into a truly borderless Europe has become possible because the events of climate change are making people, businessmen and politicians realise that no region bounded by imaginary borders can cope with change without a concerted effort. Human dignity has been restored over economic/political values and the good winds are blowing beyond Europe to other parts of the globe.
