A non-monetary society where work is shared by the world and everyone benefits from it. Most of the physical work would be done by machines, and the rest by people who might even feel that kind of movement as a hobby. The value of intellectual labor would be greater, but not expropriated, to avoid inequality. Countries would not be led by politicians, but by professionals who could speak from experience. Climate change and insufficient food production are likely to continue to be huge problems in the future, as they stem from the physical state of the planet, but could be greatly improved if the above-mentioned non-wealth-based society ceased to exploit the planet's resources. If the pace of change increases, it is likely that in the future a large part of society will already understand that the environment should be exploited in a much more responsible way. A lot of unnecessary technology will be replaced by universally operating systems, which countries would also develop together to ensure that it is good for everyone.
