In 2040, I envision a future where sustainable energy solutions have completely transformed how we power our world. Climate change is one of the most pressing issues of our time, and by 2040, I hope that we have made significant strides toward a carbon-neutral society.

In this future, the majority of our energy comes from renewable sources like solar, wind, and hydropower. Advances in battery technology and energy storage have made it possible to harness and store vast amounts of energy, ensuring that clean power is available even when the sun isn't shining or the wind isn't blowing. Fossil fuels are no longer a primary source of energy, having been replaced by cleaner alternatives that not only reduce greenhouse gas emissions but also minimize air and water pollution.

Cities are designed with sustainability in mind. Urban planning prioritizes green spaces, energy-efficient buildings, and public transportation systems that run on clean energy. Electric vehicles dominate the roads, and advancements in public transit mean that more people rely on efficient, eco-friendly options for their daily commutes.

This shift to sustainable energy has also spurred economic growth. Green jobs are plentiful, with industries related to renewable energy, energy storage, and environmental conservation leading the way. Education systems emphasize sustainability, teaching students the importance of environmental stewardship and equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in a green economy.

Moreover, global cooperation on climate initiatives is strong. Nations work together to share technology and resources, recognizing that the fight against climate change is a collective effort. International agreements are in place to ensure that all countries are on track to meet their sustainability goals, with regular progress assessments and accountability measures.

In this 2040, the impacts of climate change are being mitigated. Communities that were once vulnerable to extreme weather events have been fortified with resilient infrastructure. Ecosystems are being restored, and biodiversity is flourishing as conservation efforts are prioritized. The planet is on a path to recovery, and there is a sense of global optimism as we move closer to a truly sustainable world.

This future is one where the health of our planet and the well-being of its inhabitants are at the forefront of every decision, ensuring a better world for future generations.

Utopia is important because it allows us to hope ... Let's imagine! it's spring and the small flowers, violets, pikelets, blueberries, worries..., decorate our gardens without pesticides, without fertilizer because the soil, well worked for years no longer needs all these artificial aids. And children, teenagers run into this garden. They are at peace, they are good because their parents have instilled in them the essential rules of life in society. And the school has trained them by teaching them, not, ready-made formulas that it is enough to know by heart, no, by giving them the opportunity to train in everyday life with the help of the oldest who share their knowledge. And on their plates, at meals, they eat vegetables grown near their homes by responsible farmers. No more ready-made dishes bought in the super markets, almost all of which have disappeared or, at the very least, have changed the way they sell... Utopia!!

Autonom fahren
I would love to be able to drive autonomously. This would be especially important for older people from the country, as there are often no shops and doctors there anymore. So you can participate in life even with physical or mental limitations. In addition, the traffic is unraveling, there are fewer traffic jams, the traffic is more fluid and there are fewer accidents.

I want a united Europe, not wars or wars. The gap between rich and poor should be very close. There would have to be enough living space, whether for rent or property. Politicians should not only look four years into the future and block everything beforehand. More attention should be paid to the environment, renewable energies, stable prices. Enough doctors and hospitals.

Self-sufficiency. national self-sufficiency in electricity production (preferably from renewable sources), crop cultivation and food production. Efficient and environmentally friendly management of arable land and water. Reducing livestock production and increasing plant production without pesticides and chemicals that damage groundwater and drinking water. Equal wage levels across sectors across Europe. The same salary for teachers in Germany as in the Czech Republic. The same pay for workers on the line in a car parts factory in France as in Slovakia. The same subsidies from the common European treasury for farmers who grow safe crops in Austria as in Poland. Stop subsidizing farmers for not sowing and harvesting crops, but just cutting grass in otherwise fertile fields. Self-sufficiency of households - the production of own electricity, the cultivation of fruits and vegetables, the breeding of animals for meat, eggs, milk, wool and the like. Exchange and sale of raw materials and products between neighbors on markets, between regions at larger exhibitions and between countries using import and export companies. To make us all healthier, happier and live in abundance and in harmony with nature.
