Higher education has become more accessible not only to every young person with high aspirations, but society and its leaders have become more interested in motivating young people to take this path. It was decided that each person must (not only voluntarily) contribute to small changes in his life and environment in order to influence global things. Everyone had to attend lectures or courses and get certificates that they knew things like proper waste sorting, first aid, occupational safety, hygiene. Many social networks have been banned and few have been left where intercourse is not allowed, while moderators include psychologists and specialists in similar fields who help commentators understand each other and turn a dispute into a dialogue. Meanwhile, uncensored comments or incitement to hatred and bullying are punishable. Also, people realized that animals feel and understand no less than humans, become more environmentally friendly.
