The future centred on the young generation of Europe. A better future means for me better chances for young people to develop their potential, give them more chances to gain a new experience.
This topic has a personal important to me: I am 23, a recent graduate of the MA studies (European Public Affairs). I am an enthusiastic and proactive person. Since my MA graduation in the summer 2021, I have struggling to get a full-time job. I have submitted a lot of applications and all failed (despite my profile fit a vacancy requirements and desirable competencies. The major reason behind this problem: according to the recruiters, I don't have "relevant years of experience".
The important point to raise here is: how young people (graduates) can have "relevant years of experience"?
To possess these relevant years of experience, young people need get a chance to gain after graduating their studies.

All those who plagued the country are in jail and an air of freedom is blowing over the country. Education is flourishing. New modern schools, children smiling as school is no longer boring. Learning is now a joy, and beyond general knowledge they can delve into whatever else interests them. The economy is growing. Citizens are working and living with dignity and security, without anxiety about tomorrow. They do not have to be away from morning till night to meet bills and obligations. They have all the free time they need to be with their family and friends, to pursue their interests and to feel good about themselves.
