The future centred on the young generation of Europe. A better future means for me better chances for young people to develop their potential, give them more chances to gain a new experience.
This topic has a personal important to me: I am 23, a recent graduate of the MA studies (European Public Affairs). I am an enthusiastic and proactive person. Since my MA graduation in the summer 2021, I have struggling to get a full-time job. I have submitted a lot of applications and all failed (despite my profile fit a vacancy requirements and desirable competencies. The major reason behind this problem: according to the recruiters, I don't have "relevant years of experience".
The important point to raise here is: how young people (graduates) can have "relevant years of experience"?
To possess these relevant years of experience, young people need get a chance to gain after graduating their studies.

After the alliance in 2025 between Trump's United States and Putin's Russia, European states have finally realized the importance of acting as a true confederation even in the most concrete areas. In energy policies, movement of goods and people and even in defense and mutual aid. Unity is strength and now we again have an important place corroborated also by the added numbers that give us different weight in all areas, both in environmental policies aimed at the care and conservation of the planet with solutions that are economically sustainable. In 2040, I hope to have aged gently and be able to spend a relaxed retirement with friends. Elderly care will be better, people will be able to meet face to face and the futility of digitalisation will have been forgotten. Welfare and health care are in order, with care available wherever you want it. No one is left alone. Less money is spent on war and much more on people's well-being. Income is more evenly distributed and there is less corruption everywhere. Europe is at peace and the Cold War is just a sad memory. Nature is still reasonably well and climate change has not advanced at a huge rate.
