The future centred on the young generation of Europe. A better future means for me better chances for young people to develop their potential, give them more chances to gain a new experience.
This topic has a personal important to me: I am 23, a recent graduate of the MA studies (European Public Affairs). I am an enthusiastic and proactive person. Since my MA graduation in the summer 2021, I have struggling to get a full-time job. I have submitted a lot of applications and all failed (despite my profile fit a vacancy requirements and desirable competencies. The major reason behind this problem: according to the recruiters, I don't have "relevant years of experience".
The important point to raise here is: how young people (graduates) can have "relevant years of experience"?
To possess these relevant years of experience, young people need get a chance to gain after graduating their studies.

Probably it will be very different - it is very likely that we will use way more electricity (for instance electric cars), but hopefully most of it will be produced by solar/wind energy without huge impact to CO2 emissions. And with less CO2 emissions I hope climate change will be less of an issue to the world.

The technological future. Jobs will be increasingly remote and labor mobility will be better, making it easier for you to be hired anywhere in the world, as long as you have good computer equipment and a large capacity internet, that instead of being disadvantageous, will make it easier for information to travel at greater speed and immediacy
