I wake up to a daylight lamp. I get ready for a job. I voluntarily chose the 5-day week when I could choose between a 4-day and a 3-day week. There is a lot of emphasis on freedom. I can choose and it's no problem to work more or less. I'm not doing it for the money, but because I'm still young and understand that my work is important. I became aware of my work, my actions and the contribution I make to society, to myself and to my fellow human beings at school. Expectations of self-efficacy were raised. Educational institutions have moved away from rigid math, German and English lessons. Sure - knowledge is taught, but above all values. Education is what sets us apart from the world in 2025. People of all kinds are accepted and respected. Open values are taught from kindergarten to university. The legal system has become very strict. Over 1000 euros are charged for speeding - I think that's good! This kind of paternalism protects us.
So I go to work for my 8 hours, buy a slice of cake on the way home by public transport - expensive but delicious, I want to treat myself to this luxury - and drink coffee with my little family. Then I go to the gym. The health insurance companies and doctors have understood that sport is very important. I pay my club membership as a donation and my children's gym fees are almost entirely covered by the health insurance.
After dinner, my older son returns from his community service. This is compulsory for everyone after school. Alternatively, you can choose to do a year's military service. There's no money for it, but lots of experience. But the young people don't mind, because they have been brought up and shaped in such a way that knowledge and experience are worth more than money.
