It is a Tuesday afternoon and everyone has been collected in the village library. The small people play a long time in the relaxation hall, while the rest of the inhabitants start the conversations. Young people continue to take stock of their proposals to make use of the hot sources, while the larger ones deal with cleaning issues and issues related to Mento the functioning of the primary school in the community. The discussions are long but effective. The proposals were recorded, discussed with the state commander of the region and approved immediately.
