I would like to see improved transport connections, especially rail transport, by increasing frequencies, reducing travel times and including new journeys and destinations, especially as regards the rail connections of the Ppen nsule ib rica to the rest of Europe.
At present, the train services connecting Espa to and Portugal and the rest of the EU’s PS are m ‘nimos’ or ‘pr’ null and void, and it is even impossible to travel by train between Lisbon and Madrid (when the distance is just 600 km), if CO2 emissions are to be reduced, we must strive to replace the aircraft with sustainable transport, and this is feasible if a serious investment is made in the train.
