This year I will be 91. My life expectancy is nearing the end of this decade. I was lucky to see this day as well. After 15 years ago, the then US President Trump the Western world with his policy of despotism in a trade war not considered possible at that time and then the following 3. World War II has overthrown, but it has quickly moved to the Pacific. As a result, the successor organization of the UN has decided and enforced the division of the three major world powers into several independent states in order to prevent a hegemony power from tearing itself under the nail of other countries at will in the future. In addition to more than 150 million lives and more than 500 million injured, nearly 1 billion people have died from the horrific consequences of this war in the 10 years to 2035. In 2035, 80% of the planet's infrastructure was destroyed. The reconstruction in the last 5 years according to the most modern aspects on all continents has given many people work and bread. In Europe there have been revolutions in many countries to break up the undemocratic structures of the EU and to achieve cooperation between nations with a commission created by democratic elections. Religions are now private affairs. They are no longer allowed to play a role in public society. People around the world hope that this will make religiously mandated governments a thing of the past.
We can finally look to the future with hope. I wonder if it all had to be. Wouldn't it have been more far-sighted in 2025 to put Putin, Trump and Xi in the restraints and say no to many decisions. The new World Organization is working to hold extreme heads of state accountable in a timely manner. Hopefully it will succeed!
