I am not EU citizen or resident, but I do have several friends inside the EU, I enjoy working with European and I have lovely friends in the EU. I have been trying to find a job in EU and wanted to travel and work with my friends in the EU but current policies stopping me. I wish there is a possibility to get visa in 24 hour and give more opportunity to non-EU to work and collaborate with European especially in starting new business and startup. Remember position of my country doesn't reflect my country. If you are not happy with my country why prevent me to work and collaborate with you.
