1 January 2040 9am. I'm sitting on the terrace, it's snowing... A lot of snow. We have those real winters again. We took care of our land in time. Since we cut air traffic, our land has recovered. And since the wars stopped, the climate has improved. I am thinking about what I need to pack in my suitcase, I am going to the spa. Since we have a 3 to 1 ratio we are living very well. A director can have 3 times a worker's salary. And so my salary is decent too. I can also afford a few days of relaxation in a spa, a health resort. The children have their own flat. In this scenario, we will have successfully tackled the challenges of climate change and built resilient and sustainable communities that can adapt to changing conditions. This future will be characterized by a strong global economy, with continued investment in new technologies and industries. In addition, this future will see the increasing use of digital technologies to improve the quality of life of people around the world but above all I hope that we can "erase" the word war from the vocabulary of every citizen and that there are no more poor and even diseases such as cancer. I hope that utopia can become a reality.
