Im Jahr 2040 gibt es keine Grenzen und Diskriminierung mehr. Jeder Mensch kann dort leben, wo er oder sie möchte und wird so akzeptiert und respektiert wie er oder sie ist. Nationalität spielen keine Rolle mehr, da es in jedem Land Menschen mit unterschiedlichsten ethnischen Hintergründen gibt und das wird als eine Bereicherung und etwas Gutes gesehen. Auch Religion spielt keine Rolle, da wir als Gemeinschaft alle Feste gleichberechtigt miteinander feiern und uns über die gemeinsame Zeit freuen. Wir haben gelernt auf einander und sie Natur Rücksicht zu nehmen und haben festgestellt, dass nicht Besitz das Wichtigste ist, sondern die Menschen in unserem Umfeld. Unser Konsumverhalten und die Nutzung von Ressourcen hat sich so verändert, dass sich unser Klima wieder erholt hat und Lebewesen ihre ursprünglichen Lebensräume wieder zurückgewinnen und auch im Tier- und Pflanzenreich Diversität wieder Einzug hält. Durch unser verändertes Konsumverhalten wird es auch möglich, dass Menschen weniger arbeiten müssen und somit wieder mehr Freizeit haben und die Gesellschaft wieder näher zusammenwächst.

I have grown older. Together with my partner, I fulfilled my dream of building another house - after all, there was still room in the garden of the old house! It's not any smaller than the old house, but the layout is better. We have moved into the upper apartment - the office in the basement is no longer needed since we retired from work. It now serves as an apartment when children and grandchildren come to visit. Our neighborhood is constantly changing. Separations and deaths bring change. The houses don't stay empty for long. It is very popular to live in the village. People still look out for each other here and living together works. There are lots of activities for young and old, and most people are keen to get involved in voluntary work. All in all, it's a good place to grow older.

I would like to see threats of global warming has been taken seriously and measures to halt its progression is in full force. I would also like to see either IQ tests or common sense tests for people, in charge of government. I also hope religion not to have such a strong hold over weak minds.
