I imagine a future in which employment policies prioritize through tax cuts and benefits to companies for hiring employees at risk of exclusion, eliminate ageism from the employment system (if I have to contribute up to 65 or more years and I can not work from 40 years as that is done), that companies are more socially empathetic (you can not ask for work experience from newly graduated people or some other reason, but they will always work the same) combining AI with professions trying to maintain the necessary jobs for the worker and not favoring that machines or computers do it.
