The sun rises over a lush, self-sufficient Paris. Streets are quiet – no fossil fuel cars anymore, only trains and electric capsules hovering quietly between buildings. I take my morning coffee, grown in vertical greenhouses here in the city, and open the news on my holographic screen.

2030 was a turning point. After the major energy transition, the EU became a world leader in sustainable technologies. Cities were transformed into green ecosystems where buildings not only consumed energy but produced it. Climate change slowed down, and nature recovered.
