In 2040, I imagine a Europe that is more inclusive, connected, and fair. Having arrived here just a few months ago, I’ve experienced both the incredible opportunities and the challenges that come with starting fresh in a new place. In the future, I’d love to see a Europe where integration is smoother for newcomers, where cultural diversity is not just accepted but fully embraced.

One of the biggest changes I’d like to see is in employment and education. Many students and young professionals struggle with navigating the job market, especially those coming from different backgrounds. By 2040, I hope there will be a more dynamic and accessible support system one that helps people build careers regardless of where they come from. A future where companies value potential over paperwork, and where equal opportunity is more than just a phrase.

I also see technology and sustainability playing a huge role. Cities will be smarter, public transport more efficient, and daily life more eco friendly. But more than that, I hope Europe will still prioritize community, human connection, and fairness over profit. A place where growth doesn’t leave people behind.

This is the Europe I want to see in 2040 one that welcomes, innovates, and empowers.
