I want to live in a future where there is no more dictation from above, where I can freely say what I think without fear. It's peaceful on the streets, there are no concrete blocks at our Christmas markets and our countries are once again mainly inhabited by locals. Guests are always welcome, we swap stories and talk about each other's culture. Then we go back to our home countries and tell them about it. We are all friends.
Nature is growing and flourishing. There is no longer a CO2 tax, as CO2 is necessary for plants to grow. The air is clean. There are no more wind turbines killing our birds and the populations have recovered. An eagle is circling above again.
Chemtrails no longer exist and those responsible for this manipulation have been brought to justice. Schools and universities are once again places of learning and wisdom and not corporate hives of interest.

There is peace around us and within us.

Forests It's 2040. The forests of South America have expanded in size and what was destroyed 16 years ago has been restored. The lungs of our country are breathing again. Indigenous tribes, including a diversity of animals, persist and expand their families. Air and water quality is available to almost everyone, and drought is gradually disappearing. New technologies are helping people address basic environmental issues, but there is still room for improvement.

I would certainly be happy if people were nicer to each other, they would have the opportunity to not so much to download and the work would be shorter and also would not be generally more demanding and harder things will be done for us by robots and partly by artificial intelligence. A future that has it all. There are no more politicians. People have finally realized that they only want to cause unrest and exercise power. Let's manage our money like any good family man does. We've had almost 100 years of peace and haven't managed to build up any assets in that time. Instead, we have accumulated debts for many generations to come. For what? Committees, associations, institutes and many others. Every citizen had a deputy assigned to them. Great. Who is actually still working? Those were the conditions in 2040. Now we only have employees who execute existing laws. Is that enough?

The planet would recover through massive ecosystem restoration projects. Deforested areas would be reforested, the oceans would be cleaned of plastic waste and biodiversity would increase by protecting endangered species. Cities would be full of greenery - vertical gardens on buildings, parks on every corner and urban farms would be a way of life.
