Some sunny day in the summer of 2040.
I walk in the city park and see the people who also want to go outside to enjoy the day in the sun. They play with the dog, have fun with their children, do sports or just stand together in a small group and discuss everyday things. There is peace in the world, so there is no fear of attacks, acts of terrorism or air defense sirens. I am approaching a group of people – they are my neighbours, all normal and very nice people. They all welcomed me warmly when I moved here a few years ago. We all welcome each other and discuss briefly what we want to do on the weekend. Everyone has suggestions and we briefly discuss everything and quickly agreed on one of the activities. We easily arrange a meeting point and a time.
I look forward to showing and telling them about my homeland again - as well as Hassan from Afghanistan, Ahmet from Turkey, Josip from Hungary, Alexandrej from Russia and Mike from England. All just normal people.
