Ideally year 2040 would be without wars but that is unlikely and weather would be cooler (unlikely too). Also public transport could or should have more variety like either single seater from door to door or from bus stop or others like train station or similar to near destination as possible and cars, buses, trains et cetera should move automatically and float in the air (like 20 cents above ground).
