In 2040, I imagine a Europe where sustainability and innovation go hand in hand, creating a world where future generations can thrive. One of the most important issues I’d like to see addressed is climate change. By 2040, I hope Europe has fully transitioned to renewable energy sources, drastically reducing its carbon footprint. Urban areas are green and self-sufficient, with green spaces, vertical gardens, and solar-powered buildings. Communities are more connected, relying on local food production and circular economies to reduce waste and resource depletion.

Education systems have evolved to emphasize not only academic knowledge but also creativity, critical thinking, and environmental stewardship. Young people are empowered to take action on climate issues and social justice, leading to a more engaged and compassionate society. Transportation is smart and sustainable, with electric vehicles, high-speed trains, and accessible public transport making travel easier and cleaner.
