I'm getting ready to go to work. It is the first day of the 4 that make up the working week. I have breakfast calmly, for the sake of making it, not for the necessary intake of nutrients that are automatically already well balanced by the meal created ad hoc for my specific needs by 'manufacturer.i go to work with my medium non-polluting and safe to 98% in the meantime I update on the most important news just the time to be operational. Work is not heavy, companies and unions have worked during the previous 10 years to minimize work stress and optimize the time and energy of the worker balancing the need for individual well-being. Great because if you work well you can enjoy more time with family or friends maybe with a walk outdoors, in a planet less and less dependent on CO2 emissions and that has almost stopped global warming
