In 2040, I would like our health system to be organised much better than it is now. I am of the opinion that much more diseases can be prevented than they are actually surmounted by preventive screening, especially in the field of mental health. I would like to see the introduction of preventive health checks in the field of mental health and the identification of problems from the outset, as we see visual impairment for example in a systematic review. Once the problems have been identified, the patient would be seconded to a real expert to diagnose and assist him. In other areas of health, I would also like doctors to focus on human beings as a whole and not exclusively on their area of work, as this would give the patient a better treatment.
