Committees, associations, institutes and many others. Every citizen had a deputy assigned to them. Great. Who is actually still working? Those were the conditions in 2040. Now we only have employees who execute existing laws. Is that enough?

Deforested areas would be reforested, the oceans would be cleaned of plastic waste and biodiversity would increase by protecting endangered species. Cities would be full of greenery - vertical gardens on buildings, parks on every corner and urban farms would be a way of life.
