2040 ? That would make me 86 years old. So that future should be based on the idea of my full health and also the full health of my loved ones and actually the whole family and the whole society. I expect that it should be in a time of peace and full prosperity of society. In 15 years, not much will change in peacetime in general, we will have new cars, hopefully still fossil fuel powered. In Ostrava the first metro line will be opened, in Brno they will still be arguing about where to build the main station. Josef Mužík's grandson will find the treasure of Štěchovice and get fabulously rich. Thanks to this, he will invest massively in the development of a cure for cancer and in 2040 this cure will be distributed worldwide. There will be more and more migrants from Germany who will be actively involved in society, have their own associations, their own political parties and slowly participate in government and governance. Politicians will continue to take credit for the development of society, environmentalists will continue to strut around and present us with plans for a beautiful green future. There will be regular discount promotions on over-the-counter light drugs in Alberta. Security and national defence will be provided by a volunteer force under the command of Mark Benda. Thieves will still steal in the same way, probably more sophisticated and with more use of politicians, that's just the way it is in the Czech Republic and it will still be normal in 2040...

My first thought is that I imagine life for my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren is a place where life is lived sensibly with peace in the world, 😁 a place where nature is paramount, where the climate crisis is overcome, where artificial intelligence is fully implemented and there is guaranteed to be "invented a new amazing intelligence" that advances the entire world situation.

I will nurture and care for them, water and pick them, so that they can still make sense of their existence. Let it rain and snow. It should storm and shake. Everything shall be so tolerable that people, animals and nature do not suffer. Wells full of water will cover the earth and thus satisfy people's only desire - namely to quench their thirst. Perhaps this is all too much to ask. But the evil and wickedness in this world always manages to bring chaos and division. "Do not do to others what you would not want done to yourself". Anyone who observes this will have a pleasant life in 2040. They will be content and will allow others the freedom they enjoy. Finally, there will no longer be any difference between humans and animals. Everyone is allowed to be there. But don't forget about diligence. The desire to create something and help others remains a basic principle of existence. And always with us: the thought of all those who need our help!

Once upon a time, people didn't know which way was up. Everyone hoped that everyone would get along with everyone else and treat each other peacefully. But to achieve this, everyone should put something aside and seek a balance. Will we still be able to do this ourselves or will our digital assistants already be doing it for us? It will be particularly difficult for older people who are afraid of dealing with these things. Even the freaks don't know for sure whether they still have control over the assistants. Let's hope they are well-disposed towards us and that the majority of people treat each other in the same way. In principle, it will be similar to now, except that the digital assistants will be even more advanced. Which can be an advantage but also a disadvantage. That is why it is important that we are always aware of what we are dealing with and how. It has never hurt to be friendly and polite. If you compare the little helpers to pets and you take good care of them, the Digis will hopefully see no reason to treat us badly, just like animals show affection. Unless there are evil spirits behind it programmed by humans to exploit this weakness. Positive thinking can help.
