I think the reality is that going to school does not contribute the same as having experiences, such as going to museums, seeing monuments, going out to know nature, it encourages people who study better, but not the most intelligent. People must be motivated, they must work in positions that they like and are trained, since it would be a plus to be effective , would see it as a kind of hobbie and would do it effortlessly. Our politicians should have no background or stains, should avoid conflicts and facilitate the means for the protection and well-being of housing, health and work of every citizen and should be groups of people with no prejudices and very well prepared intellectually, know well through proven experience how to manage their portfolio and how in some European country to do it voluntarily and that their work was not politics but this was more a complement to their own work
