In the morning, in the morning, on the penetrating plywood, I am delighted to my small room. My home is not very large, but it is practical. It is a new house built as environmentally friendly and sustainable as this information has been able to do. As a breakfast, I eat rye bread and spread on it. Some of the supplies, such as herbs and shoots, have been able to grow themselves, although most of the time is dark in Finland. Fortunately, the lamps are able to simulate the light of the sun. Even at a younger age, I had a vegetarian focus, but I have now completely moved to a completely plant-based diet, like most other people. Electricity and heating in house companies come from renewable energy sources and recycling is a very important part of our daily life in our house company and throughout Helsinki.
When I go to work, Helsinki’s familiarity with cereals has already started and many people tweet on the streets. Most of the people travelling next to the noise source rather than traffic – all means of transport have become electrified and therefore do not emit much noise. I don’t even own the car, as the Helsinki-resident has no use. Ubiquitous through public transport or electric scooters, bicycles and other electrical equipment. I can easily get to work by tram. They have changed considerably from trams that I remember of my childhood – for example, tickets no longer pay anything. On the way, I look out out of the window to green parks. The green infrastructure has been increased much since my childhood and I think it makes the city more comfortable. The houses have green roofs, streets bordering trees. When I pick up from a tram, I can walking to my place of work via the park. There are a number of these in Helsinki to add ecological corridors for organisms living with us.
After the working day, I usually visit a walking walking or a natural park close to my home. I will then return home and prepare my own food. I will try to use the widest possible range of food in our food establishment. For example, I use a lot of beans and lentils, legumes, mushrooms, nuts and cereal products in food. From my smart watch, I can check with a single overview whether some minerals or vitamins need to be added to food. I see other important health data and connect with my home electronic devices. Most of my home furniture is electronic and can also be guided by speech, which I think is very convenient. This was sometimes very risky from the point of view of data protection, but fortunately it has now been resolved.
After a long day, I can see my friends. Together, we eat an excellent lettuce, exchange of views and discuss how much the world has changed. In the evening, after having got home to my small sofa, I will look for a period of one of my nil series.

Mobility in Europe in 2040 will be significantly more sustainable, smarter and more efficient. Electric vehicles will replace combustion engines, while hydrogen technologies will dominate freight and public transport. High-speed trains and hyperloops will replace short flights between cities, significantly reducing travel times and emissions, while autonomous vehicles and intelligent transport systems will make movement smoother in cities and on motorways. Traffic lights, car parks and public transport will be linked to digital infrastructure, ensuring efficient real-time traffic management. Shared mobility, such as autonomous taxis and electric scooters, will reduce the number of private cars.Overall, transport will be greener, faster and tailored to the needs of citizens. After the alliance in 2025 between Trump's United States and Putin's Russia, European states have finally realized the importance of acting as a true confederation even in the most concrete areas. In energy policies, movement of goods and people and even in defense and mutual aid. Unity is strength and now we again have an important place corroborated also by the added numbers that give us different weight in all areas, both in environmental policies aimed at the care and conservation of the planet with solutions that are economically sustainable. Preserving cultural differences and taking and pooling technical and technological knowledge for the good of all Europeans.

In 2040, I hope to have aged gently and be able to spend a relaxed retirement with friends. Elderly care will be better, people will be able to meet face to face and the futility of digitalisation will have been forgotten. Welfare and health care are in order, with care available wherever you want it. No one is left alone. Less money is spent on war and much more on people's well-being. Income is more evenly distributed and there is less corruption everywhere. Europe is at peace and the Cold War is just a sad memory. Nature is still reasonably well and climate change has not advanced at a huge rate.
