The way we work will change. Teleworking in the roaring years gave an impetus to the fact that work no longer requires a physical presence in the office for all jobs.By 2040, work will be done four days a week. This will allow for a greater degree of disengagement from work for time off. Nature and being close to nature will become an important part of people's well-being. Our environment will demand greater attention as a result of climate change. We work with respect for nature. We will return closer to nature. Local food, local tourism, work will also be done nearby, the need to travel will be reduced.
