I imagine a pa, with a sustainable transport network that reaches all places and replaces as much as possible private veins. At the same time, cities with free spaces with fuel boxes and where the use of bicycles and cars prevails electrically powered by renewable energy sources, in order to obtain them; improving air quality and significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
In general, restrict the use of fuel vehs (to be used on a case-by-case basis) and have a transport system (buses, trains, meters, ferries, etc.) that meets the needs of all citizens (living where they live), at an affordable price for anyone (with tickets and discounts for certain groups) and that can offer better conditions than private transport.
