Das mehr öffentlicher Verkehr da ist, das stillgelegte Bahnstrecken reaktiviert werden. Es sollten, da es ja schon die Möglichkeit gibt mit Akkuzügen solche Strecken befahren werden die nicht unbedingt elektrifiziert werden. Da es auch Züge mit Brennstoffzellenantriebe gibt entstehen auch keine Schädlichen Emisionen entlang der Strecken
