What I want the future to be in 2040 is not necessarily what it is likely to be... Artificial intelligence will take over a lot from humans. Let's be happy until it wakes up ( if it hasn't already ). It might be useful in medicine.
The field of medicine is in dire need of change, the question is whether they are going in the right direction

The future would be colourful and varied, with respect, empathy and communication being the main themes in society. The environment would not be filled with competition, beauty and perfection, but with the individuality of the individual. There would be a shift from materialism to minimalism, people would be accepted as they are. Society would want to address the ecological crisis head-on.
