Health services have been completely improved everyone gets the same quality of treatment all people are treated the same hospitals are equally equipped and all people get better ! all people get a decent earned wage for what they work for so they can provide a nice and peaceful life for their families and even decent housing so the social norms that have developed can be blurred a little!
