The way to the future: Day in 2050

I wish people would be more human and helpful again. Children should be brought up better again. Decency, politeness and above all consideration should become much more important again. The world as it is right now is too unfriendly, cold and aggressive. Today, people hardly dare to go outside in broad daylight, let alone in the evening.

Today's cities are more evenly populated. They are made up mainly of small, almost self-sufficient buildings, which produce their own heating and cooling thanks to thermal paints and vegetation covering roofs and walls. Connected, everything can be done by thought... opening, heating, ordering... housework is done autonomously by specialized robots. We don't meet much, since we go out less and virtual contact makes us almost present, thanks to 3D holograms. Human beings are more inward-looking, no longer travelling to meet or work.
