SOCIETY/PERSONAL but not only: I hope to wake up one day and people would be authentic in their expression and striving for better self. So that their social picture would overlap their inner one. So they wouldn't only PLAY the role but LIVE it.

And that solidarity would be taken on higher level - that we would FIRST behave, live, act responsibly so that solidarity (of any kind - health insurance, accidental insurance, social support ...) would be redistributed to people that they really need help, support, assistance because of unfortune situation, genetics etc. rather than to people exploiting system, taking poor choices (regarding food/alcohol consumption, smoking ...).
I wish future with responsible acting individuals.

WORK but not only: That there would be no POSITIVE neither NEGATIVE discrimination nor QUOTAS but INDIVIDUAL-ORIENTED/FOCUSED and what this individual can bring regardless race, age, education, experience, nationality etc. If we focus only on QUOTAS, POSITIVE DISCREMINATION will never solve NEGATIVE discrimination but we will recreated it for another/"opposite" group. We cannot create proportional representation of each group in each field of work or life, for some fields it is not even possible because our biological prepositions are disadvantageous. We have to be honest to ourselves but remaining openminded to individual's determination, passions, interest (has nothing to do with race, age, gender etc.)... because these characteristics make a difference how successful one can be in the field of work/life. Future without QUOTAS.

ENVIROMENTAL ISSUE: That we act responsible on individual level and not impose our one-view opinion to other without supported facts. Environmental issues are complex and one have to have holistic picture on problem or solution.
Example electric cars might solve air pollution IF electricity is produced accordingly (not possible in the moment) but creates a lot of other problems such as exploration of people/kids in third countries, corruption, disposal of butteries, problematic of long distance travels etc.
Example reduction of meat consumption/owning pets etc. might reduce air pollution but then we need more plant based food - problematics that would arise are water pollution/overuse, air pollution by mechanization, processed food - increase energy consumption, health problematic.
ETC.
I wish for future with strategical and holistic changes to improve longevity of environment and improve wellbeing.

I imagine that mobility will become much more individualized - there will be cars/small aircraft that drive autonomously and can be called up at any time from wherever you want to go. Of course, the vehicles are climate-neutral and connected in such a way that there are no traffic jams or delays. Our education starts from an early age (even in kindergarten), there are appropriately small groups/classes. The teachers are well trained and can respond well to the children. So that they learn to enjoy education and feel self-efficacious and open up the world on their own. In school there is no more learning to forget but more knowledge to apply and how to learn. Because developments are very rapid. There won't be one profession that you learn for life. There will be no more truck colonies with enormous consumption, the electricity will come from renewable energies, at every house, garage, crash barrier, etc. Electricity can also be easily stored induvidually. Natural disasters are becoming fewer again, the weather is stabilizing.

I am now 86 years old and still feel really well. The last few years have not been easy, with the war in Ukraine, the fighting in the Middle East and political unrest in all countries leading people in a right-wing direction. Plus politicians who only had their own power in mind. It was difficult, but the common sense of the majority of people has led to a stabilization and consolidation of the political situation. It is important that the people have not drifted further apart and that common ground has once again come to the fore. We can actually be proud of Germany and its poets and thinkers again without feeling ashamed. The economy has become stable and the price hikes have come to an end. Children are getting an education that prepares them for life and makes them strong and intelligent. No one has to worry about falling ill and not being able to pay for necessary medical treatment. And why? - At last, everyone pays into the pension, health and long-term care insurance funds. Politicians are also paid according to the performance principle and are not rewarded with adequate pensions for poor performance or mistakes. It was a tough fight, but it was worth it. Oh yes, and pensioners are no longer a burden, but their lifetime achievements are recognized.
