Why can we live the way we do?
Why can we go to the supermarket and buy food?
Why can we go to the shopping center and buy clothes?
Why can we turn on the water and have clean water, turn on the light and have electricity in our homes?
Why can we know what is someone doing thousands of miles away?
Why? And at what cost?
Every action comes with a price, and every decision has consequences.
We go to school, high school, and college to study...But does it make sense?
We study for a future we won't have.
We work for a retirement that will not come.
We have dreams that will never become true.
Where is the matter in thinking about the future and stopping living the present? Do whatever you feel you must do. Stop thinking about an uncertain future. Because climate change is just around the corner. It's a storm that is coming: we see the clouds, we notice the wind and the sun is starting to hide. Its effects are real.
Is there still a chance of a future? Of a future in which we can go swimming in the sea and see fish and turtles and dolphins. A future in which cars are not all that we see. We see mountains, trees, animals, snow, and rain. We hear the birds singing and the waves breaking. There is a society in which everyone helps everyone, in which there is no place for racial, religious, or gender discrimination. A society in which social media does not have such a big role and people spend more time doing real things and not in front of a screen. Propitiating volunteering, organizing cultural activities, and raising awareness among the youth are some small steps for this future.
Let our voices be heard and our biggest dreams become true. Be the change you wanna be.

The instability that is currently putting every togetherness, i.e. partnership, to the test in all areas of life has divided people in our small communities and throughout Europe into two classes of people. I would like to see more togetherness and compromise in the future, regardless of color and origin, whether highly educated or less well-off. I have had a difficult year, with immobility, long hospital stays, operations and a new start. My optimism doesn't let me despair, but with the help of medicine and AI, which will be a great help and influence my actions, I will be able to cope for a few more years. A few years ago, I was still working on construction sites all over Austria and Germany with people of all races and backgrounds, and now I'm a pensioner. A life with respect for the Faroe Islands on YOU and you. Vacationing at the lake where people are already supported by small robots in the catering and service sectors. In medicine, nothing works without robots and AI and in the years to come, autonomy will also find its way into transportation in order to protect the environment and the climate. To be able to continue to experience this, we need a great sense of togetherness.

We have returned to what is important. Nature, health, recreation and peace. Intact nature, clean air, living together with nature, animals and fellow human beings. We are discovering that it is no longer possible without shared values. Work is understood as a service to our environment and our livelihood. Modesty is once again a virtue. Quality and not quantity counts again. We only have one earth. Without renunciation, we will soon no longer exist. We are suddenly learning that all problems can be solved when we want to. When it is the "we" and not the "I" that counts.
