In the future all children will be enticed to graduate and work. There will be work for everyone and and it will be well paid . food will be healthy and good, no war no poverty. Medicine will have made great strides and normal life span will be 120 years. Diseases will know preventable and curable.There will be no pollution because no cars will be used but everything will be electric and the source of electricity will be the sun.No war, everyone happy and content. Of course I don't believe anything I have written is all false. In fact I am afraid that the world will be like in a post-apocalyptic movie, and we are lucky if a nuclear war does not break out.

I would like to see more of a stable living environment in 2040, where people can live safely in their own country, that here in the Netherlands the problems have been solved. That in 2040 we don't have a large influx of migrants, that we are rid once and for all of the haggling over nitrogen standards, that we have enough houses for the Dutch. That movements like KOZP and Extension Rebellion finally deal with the norms of the Netherlands in a normal way, if not that such movements are dealt with harshly and not with the velvet glove. That we have solved the problem with wolves and finally come to the realization that those animals have no space and therefore no place in our little frog country. Furthermore, I hope that my loved ones are healthy and that I may see my children and grandchildren grow up in health e happiness. That I myself am still fit and flexible enough to practice my sport in health and that I can fully enjoy my retirement.

a world no longer dominated by insane ideas and ideologies, where greed does not block progress! a world where we are no longer too afraid to sanction hostile nations... where horrific actions are not ignored because those who practice them have a book there that they must. a world where one does not just send one's problems and responsibilities to another "poor" country, where there is real cooperation to solve problems instead of being only interested in one's own. a world where you are part of a global community and not just a local one. a world where humanity and well-being are a focal point. a world where human rights include food, water, education, freedom, security and a lot of other things.

I would like to see more sustainable way of living, industrial processes using green chemistry and renewable energy, sustainable food production and more even distribution accross the globe. Overall, the Sustainable Development Goals coming to reality. We need to have the CO2 cut substantially or totally neutralized by then. The way we explore raw resources should also have a major shift, always trying to remediate or regenerate natural areas and intensively applying the Reduce, Reuse and Recycle principles. Only that way, we can secure our future, because we not outside of the environment, we are literally part of it, so our impact should be as minimal as possible.
