I hope that in 2040 I will still be alive, together with my family, in health, that then it will be easier, quieter, more peaceful.I would like to have peace in the world, so that the world would be more natural, as real as before, and not burdened with some sick laws and absurdities.I wish there were as few sick people as possible, that there were medicines for all the diseases of the world, that access to a doctor was a pleasure and that all the necessary examinations were done right away and for free.I wish that people would stop stealing from the state, because then there would be a chance to somehow improve this world.Let all the absurd laws, which allegedly care for the environment, disappear.Let the country be ruled by wise and good people.

Business leadership is constantly changing and in the future it will be more digital, agile and people-centric. As technology evolves, leadership will become more data-driven and automated, and more about making decisions. This will enable faster and more accurate strategic decisions, as analytics and AI help anticipate trends and customer needs. Future leadership will also emphasise flexibility. Traditional hierarchies may give way to lower organisational structures, where teams can operate more autonomously and react quickly to change. Agile ways of working, such as scrum and agile, are becoming more common. People management will remain important, but the focus will shift more towards employee well-being and continuous development. Empathy, interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire will become increasingly valued qualities in leaders. With the rise of teleworking and global teams, management also requires new ways of connecting and creating a sense of community in a teleworking environment.

In 2040 we will have cars that don't need petrol, but run on electricity and everything will be automated. Things will probably change in terms of space exploration and the worlds around us. I wish there were no wars, but that is not going to happen. In my opinion, in 2040 we will be living in such a polluted world that it will be pretty bad. Social disparities will increase, there will be too many people in the world, so I am worried about how it will be. Artificial intelligence will be everywhere in every pore of our lives. It will probably have a bad effect on all of us, but it will certainly not be a boon. I imagine it will all go to hell if we do not fundamentally change our relationship with the Earth and the environment. I may not be here then, but I am worried about future generations, how they will live.

Das Leben ist KI- beherrscht. Kein Bereich, in dem sie nicht gänzlich oder teilweise agiert bzw. sogar dominiert. Ob im Straßenverkehr, und da insbesondere im ÖPNV, beim Gesundheitswesen und in der Medizin, in der Bildung von der KiTa über die Schulen bis hin zu den Universitäten, in allen Zweigen der Wirtschaft sowie gerade und vor allem in unser aller täglichem Leben zu Hause. Die KI begrüßt uns als erste, wenn wir daheim die Türe öffnen. Mittels Stimmerkennung weiß sie sofort, welches Familienmitglied da gerade die Wohnung betreten hat, erkennt an verschiedenen Parametern wie Atmung, Blutdruck, Körpertemperatur usw. die Stimmungslage dieser Person, spielt die passende Musik in idealer Lautstärke , stellt die Beleuchtung und die Raumtemperatur angemessen ein und bereitet ein entsprechendes Getränk vor. Sie fragt, was sie tun kann, um den Feierabend/weiteren Tagesablauf zu gestalten und die Laune zu verbessern. Sie macht Vorschläge und unterbreitet Ideen-beruhend auf den Gewohnheiten und Vorlieben des Menschen-über den sie alles weiß, was man irgendwie in Erfahrung bringen kann. Die KI ist quasi die beste Mitbewohnerin, die man sich wünschen kann, nicht wahr…?!
