Budou moct mít flexibilní pracovní dobu. Jejich práce bude dobře finančně ohodnocená, aby se mohly dobře postarat o své potomky. Nebude zde žádná diskriminace vůči ženám. Ženy po mateřské se budou moct snadno vrátit do práce. Bude zde přívětivé místo pro všechny rodiny, které budou potřebovat najít pracovní místo.

The future of Europe is very unclear to me. I imagine that it could be very positive, but it would mean that people would take reason into their own hands and start using it. They will knock down the current leadership and start thinking logically and start caring more at national levels. It is not possible for someone to constantly dictate nonsensical rules to us. Today we have a plethora of fantastic new technologies that could be used and developed. We need to fight sustainability, to teach people to save energy, to sort waste better, to produce less of it. There is a need to ensure people's health - to raise awareness of how to take care of their own health, to involve modern technology, but still to preserve people's privacy as such and to ensure that they have a dignified life that is decided by them, not by the government or other state institutions. The tax burden must be reduced and the state made leaner. We also need to combat migration, deport inadaptable individuals and ensure order, and work together on peaceful solutions. I will conclude by saying that I do not trust people anymore, so this is all an illusion and we are more likely to face a period of decline and problems.
