Everyone has a chance to build a good life, not everyone has equal talents but everyone should have it right, Start in your own Europe first and then extend it to other countries that need it (This is not discrimination, etc.) . Every country has a stable government with good intentions for its citizens, so that everyone can live in freedom and have it well (economically), no major differences between rich and poor.
