The year is 2040. I wake up in my modern, energy-efficient home, built with sustainable materials and smart technology. My life is just as I dreamed it would be – balanced, healthy and full of meaning. My body is stronger than ever. I have continued my training and kept myself in top shape, which makes me feel energetic every day. My physical activity is part of my lifestyle, and I inspire others by sharing my journey and my experiences. My career has developed in the best possible way. I have a professional role where I get to use my strength, stamina and knowledge to make a difference. At the same time, I have the flexibility to enjoy life, travel and socialize with loved ones. The community around me has also changed for the better. Technology and sustainability go hand in hand – clean energy drives cities, healthcare is more accessible and people live longer and happier lives. I am part of this change and I am proud of my contribution to a better future. In 2040, I'm not just living – I'm thriving. And the best? I know there is even more to achieve.

Everyone lives on their own piece of land and grows their own vegetables. Trade exists again, money and power no longer matter. People are happy with what they have. There is peace on earth and everyone is willing to help each other. All people laugh every day. Some enjoy staying on their own piece of land and others (including me) travel the world to gain more insights, experiences and share them with others. Work is no longer an obligation but an option. No one is in charge of another and we have won the battle against technology!

More women rule the world's most powerful countries, which should lead to unrest being resolved through peaceful negotiations. At the national level, there are again simpler jobs that do not require higher education, which means that almost everyone can earn a living through work. In schools there is a return to peace and quiet where the teacher decides in the classroom. Mobile phones are banned during classes. More focus on culture, aesthetics and outdoor activities. Social media no longer exists. Children and young people are encouraged to engage in activities on their own and together with others.

I hope that in the next years there will be not only hate on the Internet what is now, children will kill themselves by hate I hope that it will change and it will be like it used to be. There were more transports. So people can find jobs.
