rinascimento 2.0

I imagine that in 2040 a typical day is very different from those of today. I wake up with natural light filtering through smart windows, designed to adjust the temperature and lighting according to my biological rhythm. The air is incredibly clean, thanks to urban reforestation and clean energy that has replaced fossil fuels for years now.

I leave the house without keys or phone: my biometric identifier allows me to access free public transport, which has now replaced almost all private cars. The streets are full of people moving by bike or on foot, while drones deliver essential goods without clogging the cities.

After a coffee with a friend in a place that uses only local and sustainable ingredients, I head to work. The workweek is four days and many activities are automated, leaving us more time for creativity and well-being. Artificial intelligence has not replaced humans, but it helps us in the most repetitive tasks, allowing us to focus on what really matters.

In the evening, I relax in a park suspended between skyscrapers, where greenery intertwines with modern architecture. I look at the clear sky and think about how much the world has changed in the last 15 years: It took crises and bold choices, but we now live in a fairer, more sustainable and connected Europe.

Being 'Woke' Is Being Nice
People would be free to be whatever sexaulity they wanted and could live in peace. They wouldn't have to be fearful of repercussions from kissing their partner in public and showing affection. Their existence wouldn't be subject to debate. Their sexaulity would be mainstream. I don't understand heterosexuality but I see it everyday. Noone ever questiosn why this sexuality is okay to be on TV and children aren't affected but homosexuality or other sexualities would be 'detrimental'. Diversity would be appreciated and understood. It wouldn't be seen as woke to be nice to people.

I would like natural intelligence to return to use in the future, rather than artificial intelligence, and to return to creating and shaping the dreams of each of us , while re-educating our young people and children to use, and cultivate their intelligence. We remove social networks and all the nonsense, evil and illegality that circulate in them.

In the future there will be more virtual reality, we will contact self-driving cars, we will pay in an instant in digital currency. You will be able to confirm your identity simply by phone, you will have a very fast internet connection, and you will be able to download a movie or other large-scale file instantly. Add-ons to the computer will be created for instant diagnosis of diseases.

I imagine a future free of artificial intelligence and the media, a world in which people will come back to reason with their own heads without being influenced by terrible ideologies. A simple world that returns to look at reality in its essence and renounces relativism and nihilism. In the future that I imagine children will return to their innocence and thanks to this future generations will be able to relive a new golden age of culture and morality
